FIAB letter 2025!

Due to unfortunate scheduling circumstances, I am doing my entire sign-up from my phone. Wish me luck! (Edit: damn it!)

I am just going to give a few prompts for each fandom. Don't forget about my tried and true likes/dislikes post!


DNW:

• Omegaverse
• Loss of normal mental faculties due to drugs or sickness, especially of POV character (e.g. sickfic, sex pollen, intoxication, delirium. Mentions are fine.)
• Children/early teens as main characters (Mentions are fine. Flashbacks are fine. Canon ages are fine.)

Alice in Borderland

• Games where they are secretly cooperating, unbeknownst to the rest of the participants, who might think the opposite, especially given their very different views.
• Games where they never discussed they would cooperate and are never quite certain the other is working with them, but continues on faith (Kuzuryu) or for amusement (Chishiya).
• Face card character (Kuzuryu or an AU Chishiya) designing games specifically for another character, as a form of pining, secret correspondence, or interest/entertainment. Wanting to know how that character would respond to a particular situation. Or just demonstrating how well and intimately they understand how that character's mind works.
• Stories that take place in the real world, perhaps leaning on their respective professions, where one has to turn to the other for help.

Étoile

• I was in love with this ship from the moment Gabin presented himself as raw material for Tobias's art, explicitly asking to be sized up and put to use. Over the show Gabin became so attuned to Tobias's whims and nonverbal communication, and takes direction so well.
• Gabin's physicality, even outside of dance. Fighting, rat-catching and perhaps other acts of service for Tobias, even just the way he walks and postures, with a bravado rooted in insecurity.
• I also imagine his very physically demanding career requires a lot of care: downtime, stretching, massage. Tobias might be completely oblivious about most things and bad at taking care of himself, others, or fish, but it would tickle me if he was very aware/solicitous of his dancers' needs as they relate to getting the best choreography out of them.
• Tobias going back to New York, and taking Gabin with him. (Maybe Gabin doesn't get his spot back after his fight, and Tobias finds a place for him back in NY?) The entire studio of people well versed in the struggle of dealing with Tobias, now dumbstruck at how easily Gabin works with him.
• When Jack and Geneviève first discuss the idea of the swap, they (jokingly?) float the idea of a reality show about it... Where's that show? I want humorous juxtaposition of Gabin and Tobias telling very different stories to the Big Brother camera, silly variety show challenges, or drop them on a deserted island, idk - any of that would be fun!

Eyeshield 21

• Hiruma and Takami are such a good match for wits and evil captain vibes. In a mental battle, who will win?
• Far future fic where everyone is an adult and maybe a little more confident and developed. How has everyone changed? What lessons from their football years do they carry with them?
• Hiruma and Unsui: parallels, differences, and maybe cooperation?
• Hey, it would be pretty fun to see everyone trapped in one of those death games like Squid Game etc. Hiruma would slay, I think, but only by fully utilizing the abilities of everyone at his disposal.

Dr. Stone

• I just think after the conclusion of the war, there should be more feelings between the two of them. Tsukasa guilty about what he's done to Senkuu, or fearful he'll want vengeance or will hold his sister as a bargaining chip.
• Tsukasa as Senku's muscle, partner, lieutenant. Jumping to his defense, mutual trust and reliance.
• An emphasis on their difference in size and strength. Tsukasa just picking up Senku and carrying him around. Or a reverse in situation where Tsukasa puts himself in a vulnerable position in front of Senku.

The Greatest Estate Developer
In case it gives a sense of my likes, I expanded my promo post for this canon into more deranged rambling here.

• I wish Lloyd and Javier had spent more time in Korea!! So much missed opportunity! Suho showing Javier around and Javier being strangely good at picking up modern skills. Javier sucking up every scrap of information about him while pretending it's no big deal, just an idle curiosity.
• I find it so funny how much Lloyd sucks up to the few people with power over him, versus his attitude toward everyone else. Queen Alicia's fascination for spanking him has so much potential. Maybe a threesome with Javier where Lloyd's submission to Alicia finally affords Javier a chance at revenge?
• Despite everything, I am sad for original Lloyd. I wish he would have had a chance to make his peace with his family, with Javier, and even with new Lloyd.
• I feel like Lloyd sees himself as a con man and the moment his leverage over others is gone, they'll turn on him. Not knowing that he's won them over with his earnest hard work. Like when he wakes up after getting the Heart of Winter and his first instinct is to just run away. Can we see that happen where he expects Javier to turn on him but really it's no longer the forced loyalty he had at the beginning?

Haikyuu!!

• Nishinoya's whole thing as the guardian deity of the team is so great. Love his easy confidence, his reliability, the way that he has the whole team's back, even it means crashing into the ground, repeatedly, to scoop up the ball. Does anyone else feel that he would be such an excellent masochist? He clearly has exceptional pain tolerance, probably covered with bruises after every match and practice. I just love the idea of him being as confident and dependable here as he is on the team. Guiding an inexperienced and nervous dom and just being his enthusiastic self and having a great time with it. I would be happy to receive nonsexual kink.
• Nishinoya/Asahi - all the times Nishinoya supports Asahi and allows him to do his best, and the one time Asahi returns the favor... They are really cute together. Their size difference is great. Asahi would be so nervous about this and Nishinoya would support him so perfectly!
• Nishinoya/Tanaka - their friendship gives me life, I'd love to see them explore things together, with the comfort of their ease and familiarity with each other to fall back on so they can laugh if things go wrong.
• Nishinoya/Shimizu - okay I know Nishinoya's crush is over the top, but I think if she were to ever express curiosity about exploring this kind of thing, Nishinoya would be there to help in a heartbeat. Maybe she somehow heard Nishinoya is experienced at BDSM? Maybe this is the safest space she can think of to try?

Noblesse

• Frankenstein having to do some kind of experimentation on M-21 and how that brings out M-21's traumas.
• Early days with Frankenstein living with the Nobles and being a menace and developing his fondness and trust for Raizel.
• Other institutions Frankenstein might have built for Raizel besides the school, experiences he's always desired to share with him.
