My Comment Bingo Card!

I signed up for comment_bingo! It's the second bingo I've signed up for in as many months, and also in my whole life.

UPDATE 5/22: it's done!

Overall thoughts:

• Searching by year is a great way to find gems in an old, small fandom.
• I spent a lot of time looking for "black and white art" and "comic without dialogue" and ended up commenting on a lot more art than usual.
• Probably my first time reading meta on AO3 - interesting glimpse at what else is out there!
• If you want to maximize the number of squares you get without a bingo, you need to plan ahead.

   • I received this as an unexpected gift shortly after I received my bingo card, so it became my first fill! It's marked as "inspired by" another work this author wrote (another gift for me!)

   • Alas, Jukebox wasn't running yet in 2012. But browing the Yuletide archives, I was happy to find a fic in my main fandom! Ahh yes, one decade ago, back in its heyday, when people were still making fanwo— hang on, wait, this was after the manga ended. Four years after the manga ended. Oh god, I need to re-evaluate my life.

    • And, with that, my first bingo! I've been unofficially trying to go as long as possible without getting a bingo, but it looks like this is as far as I go. I think if I had started planning earlier, I could have gone bingo-less one more square, but this is good enough for me.:)
